vScreen is a SaaS solution that transforms how businesses engage with their customers remotely and is designed to work seamlessly within any call centre environment using existing browsers without the need for any IT support. Using vScreen, agents can share documents with a customer over an encrypted, secure internet connection to visually convey key information. Additionally, using electronic signatures during the call allows for real-time acknowledgement and acceptance of terms and conditions

Bill Safran, CEO of Vizolution said, “This award caps a very successful year for Vizolution and we’re very pleased to have won with such stiff competition. Our technology team in Port Talbot continues to innovate and enable vScreen to reach a wider audience both in the UK and abroad. We are delighted that the judges recognised the international potential of vScreen as we preparing for a formal launch into new international territories and sectors.”
