ECCCSA: Vizolution Receives Second Consecutive Award Nomination

Vizolution is delighted to share that it has once again received an award nomination at Europe’s largest and longest running customer contact awards, the ECCCSA.

We, alongside RBS, have been shortlisted in the ‘Best Innovation in Customer Service’ category in recognition of our collaborative work in creating the UK’s first ever completely paperless end-to-end mortgage application process.

Utilising Vizolution’s transformative vScreen and vDoc technology, RBS’s DigiDocs platform, which is used by customers to complete their paperless mortgage processes, has been successful across all targets. Improvements include an NPS score of 79 for Q1 2018; an average saving of 11 days per customer journey, with 5% of applications completed within 24 hours; and a 100% decrease in paper, resulting in over 7 million pieces of paper saved per year.

In 2018, we, alongside O2, picked up bronze in the same category at the ECCCSA.

As the largest and longest running awards ceremony in the customer contact industry, ECCCSA is well-known for the integrity and credibility of its evaluation process, with high calibre judges that are handpicked for their experience and knowledge.

Vizolution and RBS have won numerous awards for the RBS paperless mortgage process, including, most recently at UK Digital Experience Awards.
