Vizolution, in partnership with O2, are excited to announce that we have been shortlisted at the Engage Awards.
The Engage Awards showcase organisational excellence and recognise individuals who have accomplished significant achievements within the customer and employee engagement market. This year, there has been a record-breaking number of entries, categories and finalists.
Vizolution and O2 have been named as finalists in the ‘Best Use of Innovation In Customer Engagement’ category for our collaborative work in transforming the telecom provider’s upgrades and retention journeys.
The project, which utilises Vizolution’s vScreen technology, has seen O2 achieve a 47% improvement in compliance, a 31% reduction in drop-outs and a 27% improvement in customer satisfaction.
