Racking up our second award nomination of the year, we, alongside RBS, have been shortlisted in the ‘Best Use of Technology in Customer Service’ category at the FStech Awards 2019.
Using our vScreen and vDoc products, the RBS mortgage application journey was completely transformed into the UK’s first ever completely paperless end-to-end process. The project has been successful across all KPIs, including an NPS score of 79 for Q1 2018; an average saving of 11 days per customer journey; and a 100% decrease in paper, resulting in over 7 million pieces of paper saved per year.
Now in its 19th year, the FStech Awards recognise excellence and innovation in the field of information technology within the UK and EMEA financial services sector.
Vizolution has been a regular at the award ceremony in recent years. We previously won a highly commended award in 2014 for Best Use of Technology in Customer Service for our work with Santander, we have been a finalist in the ‘Most Disruptive Financial Sector Technology’ category, and in 2016 were shortlisted again for our work with NatWest.
