Vizolution will meet the top 20 US banks and some of the financial sector’s key decision-makers and thought leaders at Money2020 USA, the world’s largest FinTech and payments event, from Oct 21-24.
Following last month’s new office opening in Boston and recent office expansion in Toronto, Vizolution’s attendance at the four-day event will continue to strengthen its profile in North America.
Money2020 USA is expected to attract more than 11,500 visitors, 3,500 companies and 400 start-ups from across the globe. Attendees will include senior executives, key decision-makers, visionaries and thought leaders from the FinTech and financial services sectors.
Bill Safran, CEO of Vizolution said: “We are very much focused on raising our presence in the North American market and look forward to exchanging opinions, insights and predictions with industry insiders from around the world. We also look forward to sharing with the market what some of their UK and European counterparts have achieved through using our solutions. For example, increasing conversion rates by >40%, reducing time of transactions by 50%, reducing costs by eliminating paper, and improving compliance, while still delivering net promoter scores of >80.”
Jonathon Jewett, Vizolution’s Vice President of Sales for the Northeast of US, said: “A popular topic of discussion at this year’s event will be ‘AI and Deep Learning’ and how it can be applied to complex problems in financial services and commerce.
“While we at Vizolution believe there’s an opportunity to leverage AI and machine learning, especially for more simple transactions and processes, studies repeatedly show an overwhelming demand for human support, and human interactions, especially when completing certain customer journeys, such as mortgage applications. The real value of AI and deep learning, therefore, comes when you can put a human face on a robot.”
