Vizolution and RBS Take Home a UK Digital Experience Award

Vizolution and RBS are proud to announce that we have won the Best Financial Services category at the UK Digital Experience Awards (UKDXA).

The award recognises the success of the paperless RBS mortgage application journey, which utilises Vizolution’s vScreen and vDoc technology. The project has performed well across all KPIs, including an NPS score of 79 for Q1 2018; an average saving of 11 days per customer journey, with 5% of applications completed within 24 hours; and a 100% decrease in paper, resulting in over 7 million pieces of paper saved per year.

Now in its fifth year, the UK Digital Experience Awards celebrates the way digital experience is used to enhance customer experience. The awards provide a platform for organisations and individuals to celebrate the partnerships they have formed and be rewarded for their digital innovation and customer-centric culture.

Vizolution has repeatedly been recognised by the Awards. In 2014, we were finalists in the Banking and Insurance category, and in 2017 we won silver award for our work with O2 in the Omni-Channel category as part of their upgrades and retention journeys. As well as 27% improvement in customer satisfaction, O2 have also seen a 47% improvement in compliance, a 36% increase in insurance sales and a 20% improvement in retentions.

The nomination follows on from a series of prestigious commendations received by Vizolution and RBS, recognising the transformation of RBS’s mortgage application journey to an entirely paperless process. Most recently, Vizolution and RBS won Best Digital Transformation Innovation at the Customer Contact Innovation Awards.

Vizolution, in partnership with RBS, managed to beat Onespan, Black Horse, JTC and Artemis Fund Managers in partnership with ORM to take home the Best Financial Services award.
